48-month reflection

I was showing my friend Steve the time hop feature on LifeLog, and I noticed a post from 48 months ago called Biohacking it is. I was writing about an uptick in newsletter subscribers about eight months after launching Be Wellthy. I was surprised by some of what I wrote in this post.

The newsletters related to biohacking seem to be the most popular, and biohacking happens to be an area of intense interest to me. I think I’m going to pivot Be Wellthy more heavily in this direction.

My history is that my newsletter has been about biohacking from the start, but clearly, this is not the case. I suppose if I look at those early months, I was still exploring my audience and the topics I wanted to write about, and I sometimes went off the beaten path.

Believe it or not, at the end of April I seriously considering putting the newsletter on ice. Those thoughts are long gone.

This was another line that surprised me. I don't remember any serious deliberation about stopping the newsletter, but apparently I had some doubts in those early days. Now I'm curious to read more daily posts from this time to get a more accurate picture of my mindset instead of the story I tell myself about the events. Thank Jebus for LifeLog!

Awesome! Time Hop is my top fav feature on Lifelog now… love how it shows back what I was thinking about 1, 2, 3, 4 years back, every day! Re-learning things, and seeing repeating patterns
