Manifestation slow start

I've only completed week 1 of the Manifestation Mastery course, but I'm already feeling like it's more challenging than expected. The instructor said it is a mastery course, after all, and she's jumping right in with the content. While there are no prerequisites for the course, I wish I had more familiarity with the material. After all, applied quantum physics isn't exactly entry-level.

Comprehending the concepts is one thing, but applying the principles is another area of focus. We have tasks after every class to practice. The techniques involve meditation and visualizations related to our manifestations. Here is one task from the class on Friday: Connect with the Morphic Field of Resonance and ask that the information be imported into your system. Obviously, there's more background information. For many of these tasks, I go back to the video replay to remember exactly what to do.

I realize that this is a six-month course with classes twice a week. I'm sure it will get easier, but I'm not used to feeling like I'm lost in a course. I was very successful in high school and college classes. I guess it's a good thing to get pushed outside of my comfort zone.
