Week 2 of GMB Fitness Mobility Complete

Switched to weekly overviews of the program.

This week I’m starting to notice less tightness in my hips and traps throughout the day.

Some of the exercises have advanced such as the “basic” spiderman which was a push-up variation like nothing I’ve seen before. I know of the one where you drive your knees to your elbows while doing a push up. With this variation, my hips were twisted.

To give you a perspective on how hard this is, I can do weighted push ups with 60lbs on my back. I could barely do a few push-ups with this variation.

But still fun and I’m excited to see my progress for the next few weeks.
