24 Gym Sessions

Today I finished the first module of my trainings plan, 2x6 “normal” training and 2x6 “negative” one. On Wednesday, I’ll have to consult a coach to update the plan.
Looking back on those two months, I’m quite pleased with my progress. I lifted now over 232,000 kilograms and I can really feel the benefit to my mental health those regular sessions provide as a nice side effect.
I can also say I didn’t break the streak of three times going per week besides two weeks ago, when I spent a week at my employers’ office. I got into action as soon as I came back again. And still really enjoy those one and a half hours.
I’m looking forward to talking to a coach on Wednesday, I guess I might also start supplementing protein soon (I’ve got still more than enough fat to burn), but that’s a question I will rise on Wednesday.

Good job! You should be proud of yourself for starting an exercise regimen and sticking to it. You will continue to reap the benefits.
