As a Parent

During a recent conversation, my wife and I discussed our parenting goals and strategies. We were grateful to find that we share a similar approach, although there may be minor differences in execution.
It was surprising to learn that some parents have completely different parenting styles but fail to communicate and reach a consensus. As a result, they hesitate to correct their children’s mistakes, fearing that it might negatively impact their relationship.
This mindset is concerning, as the long-term consequences can be severe. Although I cannot claim that my kids are perfect, I have observed that children who misbehave tend to have parents with such an approach.
Very astute observation!
