The British Grand Prix at Silverstone was on overnight, and I found myself thinking back to 2023, when my brother and I travelled through the UK and Europe on our Euroadster trip. I sent my brother a text to remind him how quickly the time had passed since our trip. It hardly seems possible that three years have already passed. In my mind, the memories are still vivid; the winding roads, the unfamiliar countryside, the excitement of crossing borders, and the sense that every day held a new adventure.

Silverstone was one of the highlights of the trip. There was something special about standing at such an iconic circuit, surrounded by passionate Formula One fans from around the world. The roar of the engines, the atmosphere in the grandstands, and the place’s history made it feel like we were witnessing something much bigger than a motor race. At the time, it felt like just one stop on a long journey. Looking back now, it has become one of the memories that stands out most brightly.

What surprises me most is how quickly time has flown. The trip that once felt so recent now belongs to another chapter of my life. Yet the memories remain as strong as ever, a reminder of the joy of travelling with my brother and of the experiences we will never forget. Watching the Grand Prix rekindled that sense of wanderlust. If the opportunity arose tomorrow, I would gladly pack a bag and do it all again. Some journeys stay with you forever, and that trip was certainly one of them.
