Better

Today I returned to semi normal self. Listed to music, walked around and basically in a better mood overall.

Somehow over the last 2 years, I have been unable to stay in a bad mood for more than 48 hours no matter how bad the cause is. I am seeing things get so bad that I am almost immune to it. All I can do when things go bad is work on what I can control. And I am doing just that.

  • Working on my diet 100%. I am not deviating even for a single meal.
  • Getting enough sleep. I still need to work on fixing the time I get to bed but I don’t restrict myself on my wake up time. I have to have a restful sleep or I will not wake up. It is a luxury to be able to do that and I am taking advantage of it.
  • Limiting the work I am doing other than health.
  • Researching on new things I can add to my routine (THANK YOU Brandon!!)
  • Re-examine what worked in the past. Doubling down on the things that worked.

I am already curious what changes I will see in my bloodwork in a month.

That’s a great characteristic of yours to bounce back quickly. I know you are determined and will see good results.

That’s true resilience there, @keni. Diet, stress and sleep are great levers. It’s been my focus too.

Thank you Brandon and Jason. I appreciate the encouragement. I value it like currency right about now.
