I discovered a gluten free bread when I went to Fogo the other day.
It tasted delicious and cheesy. I asked the waitress what it is made of and was happy to find out that it was gluten free.
So yesterday I went home and looked for a keto version. Instead of tapioca flour, I used Almond flour and everything else as the recipe.
I made small muffin size bread and was excited to find such an easy recipe. When it was all done, the bread had deflated more than I expected. It looked more like cookies than bread but it tasted good. I think if I add some monk fruit and some cacao powder, this could be a hit.
Am getting more into cooking these days, and I like it.
