Cold

A cold has gotten me today. It has been bubbling under for a few days now and I think my Son passed it to me.

I don’t usually get too ill with colds, but when they get me, I usually get it quite bad.

I have been shivering on the sofa in a chunky jumper, with my skin crawling with spikes each time I move. I guess I have a slight temperature too, but only enough to make me feel a little cold.

After my afternoon tea, I fell asleep on the sofa, only waking myself each time I accidentally made a groan from my open mouth. I don’t feel like I need to go to bed, but do need rest.

I hope I will feel better soon as I have an overnight trip to London to get through on Thursday/Friday. Hopefully I won’t feel too rubbish to enjoy it.
