Even when I don’t write on Lifelog
I realize that I never stop writing.

Whether it’s a caption to a Instagram reel video I’m posting
Whether it’s my morning pages
Whether I’m preparing my upcoming newsletter
Or trying to prepare for my coaching calls

This writing isn’t a habit anymore. It’s how I breathe. It’s part of how I am.

And it’s incredible to just say that out loud.

I never could imagined how writing 200 words a day few years ago, could compound to me writing like breathing now.
