Heat

Apparently, the heat is on over here. After two weeks of rain, thunderstorms and hail, we are now greeted with absurd temperatures. When I checked the thermometer on my balcony yesterday, it showed 37°C.

Luckily, I knew beforehand that it would get hot, so I activated my portable AC unit directly in the morning. It has been running non-stop since yesterday morning, and brought the overall temperature in my Apartment down from 27°C to 25 inside the office and 24 in my bedroom.

It’s not as hot outside today, but I’ll keep it on until Sunday, as I will spend Sunday night at my parents house (after seeing ACDC in Vienna) and will be in the Coworking space on Monday.

At least my photovoltaic panels are compensating a little bit of the power the AC uses.
