The campaign is off and running. After two months of preparation, our house is finally on the market. There were some late-minute changes to the copy and floor plan, but the agent finally posted our home on the real estate website this afternoon. Selling features include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a three-car garage. We have always diligently maintained the property, so it looks contemporary for its age.

It feels a little surreal that we are selling our home of 26 years. My two girls grew up in this home, and we have created a lot of magnificent memories over the years. But that was a different time, and now it is time for my wife and me to move on and fulfil our wish to live closer to the city. This house has served its purpose, and the garden has become too large to manage properly. We intend to buy a home with a smaller garden. It is now time for a new family to move in and create their memories.
