My students asked. Well, it’s like dating and wanting to find the right person to marry. It’s not easy. ;)

First, you set the intention to co-create and collaborate. You don’t think you need to do it alone. You’re open to input, support and sharing reponsibilities.

Second, be clear on what your ideal co-founder brings in terms of skills, mindset and personality.

Third, you tell everyone in your network, family and friends that you’re looking for people to contribute to your project.

Fourth, you don’t hide behind your screen but you meet people, ideally in real life, for lunch or a tea. Share your vision. Ask them questions to hear their ideas and opinions.

And then if you think somebody could be a fit: start dating, don’t right away get married. ;) Meaning: get to know each other, by working together on a small project. Ask them for help and see how they respond. Find out whether you like spending time together.

Any other points? Curious to hear your experinces.
