Huge Rain

The rain began yesterday and hasn’t ceased, continuing into today. We are dealing with some flooding this morning after dropping my kids at school, and I also need to take my mother-in-law to the clinic for her influenza injection. Four lines of cars are trying to squeeze into the far-right lane since the rest of the road is flooded. It’s not too bad if only a tiny part of the road is affected; at least traffic remains manageable.

I soon realized I was mistaken; the rain hadn’t stopped and was getting worse. More reports are coming in, and several residential areas, including a McDonald’s and a petrol station, are experiencing flooding. Let’s hope for everyone’s safety.
