Hypefury

Although Twitter has a scheduling option to automatically send out your tweets, I find it quite clunky.
It seems to try to schedule things too far in the future for my liking.
I have heard and read things about Hypefury (aff) before, which allows you to schedule tweets and manage your timeline a bit better, so I took up the 14 day trial to see what I thought.
It looks to be similar to other tools such as Buffer where you can pre-load tweets in a queue over a specific timeline. Hypefury picks suggested timeslots based on the activity of your followers and your timezone. It has allocated me 07:00, 08:00, 09:00 and 17:00. It also varies the times slightly to make them look more real. So instead of 07:00, it might be 06:57 or 07:02.
Of course, you can tweak these slots, adding and removing them as you see fit, or as your account grows.
Hypefury then lets you schedule tweets or threads and it will automatically add them to the timeline for you. Already today, I scheduled 10 posts which takes me up to Saturday evening.
They also have an “Evergreen slot” where you can opt for the app to choose a popular tweet from your past (which you can choose from a list) and it will retweet it for you. I don’t really have any tweets with lots of likes just yet, so we shall see how that works. It makes sense though.
You can also get Hypefury to suggest quotes to use and it will show old tweets of yours to help spur your imagination when writing new ones. You can even get it to add an additional tweet if one reaches a “likes” or “retweets” threshold. This will be ideal for adding affiliate links in a second tweet if the first one does well.
I am sure there is lots more to Hypefury than what I have found this morning. But for the next 14 days I will use it to curate my timeline. I like the feeling that I have the rest of the week just to engage with other accounts and not worry about adding content.
It’s normally $19 a month. But I think I have a code to get a 50% discount somewhere.

Yes, I have used that before too. But the scheduling is now a premium option - no longer free.
I got out while the gettin’ was good.

@tao wow the evergreen feature and the auto add tweet upon X no. of likes sound like great features. No wonder so many folks I follow with huge followings use Hype.
I’m currently using typefully to schedule threads, it’s a feature that’s on the free plan. You tried it before?

Ah yes, I see that the scheduled part is free but the “queue” part isn’t.
I have used Typefully before, but stopped for some reason.
I will check it out again and see if it could be a cheaper option to Hypefury. It doesn’t seem to do nearly half as many things though.
Yeah the queue is paid. For sure not as well featured as Hype. I do like the interface a lot. Very clean. Is Hype like that too? Wondering if I should give it a try…

It’s not quite as clean as Typefully, but still a nice interface.
Worth a go on the 14-day trial, especially as you don’t have to give any payment details - just log in via Twitter
Will do!

Typefully is a free app I was experimenting with for scheduled Tweets.
