Hyper-incremental building

So, I’ve recently started heavily focusing on my cyber security SaaS GrabbrApp and I’ve started using the mentality of hyper-incremental building to build up some momentum.

The idea is picking a very small feature (for example, today it was adding a single button to allow a user to follow me on Twitter from the home page) and knocking that feature out before throwing it on prod. This gives me some excitement from adding a daily feature or change and allows me to practice the act of publishing changes, which is super important.

I think it’s also important to throw it up on prod whenever possible. Letting features sit and get stale on a private branch doesn’t help anyone, and it doesn’t build confidence either.
