I survived from my worst nightmare

I had a rough time at the end of September and the beginning of October. Something unexpected came up on the day I was supposed to write down my monthly review and goals. Fortunately, everything turned out alright in the end. My baby girl and I had to spend the night without her mother, but we were able to make it through. The biggest challenge was that my baby is fully breastfed, so I had to find formula milk for her. I also sent my kids to their grandparents’ place to make things easier.

Fortunately, the night wasn’t as bad as I thought. I started feeding my baby around 9 pm, and she finished most of the milk by 10:30 pm. She fell asleep without crying for her mother, and I was able to sleep beside her. I was worried that she would wake up in the middle of the night, but she slept pretty well until 5 a.m.! We did another round of bottle feeding and went back to sleep around 6 a.m. until 8 a.m.

Overall, it was a pretty challenging and tiring experience, but I am happy with how it turned out. My wife is returning today after being discharged from the hospital, and I am grateful that it was only for one night.

Awesome work bro! 💪 That’s a big dad achievement! I’ve not yet had to try this, but understand how hard can be!
