It's coming to an end...

Wait, why is it suddenly the end of December? I have to admit this year was quite a ride. January and February almost felt like forever, and spontaneously a house showed up to buy, and my year took a way different route than I expected.

I took a trip with my brother at the end of May, and suddenly I was a homeowner. Sure, the apartment (I still try to sell) was also “my own”, but comparing it to the house now, it’s quite a different story.

There is lawn to mow (although I’ve got a robot for that), silicone seals to fix, and things to automate. And the journey is just beginning.

Just a few hours back I got kids knocking on my door. And I was wondering what that was about until I realized that those would be the “Sternsinger” (three wise men/three holy kings or basically carol singers). I didn’t forget that that tradition exists, but living on the third story of a building normally doesn’t show random doorway encounters.

I wonder what surprises the new year will bring along?

So you owned the apartment rather than a lease and still trying to sell it?

January and February almost felt like forever,

It’s so strange, I felt the same too. After Feb everything felt like a blur

@therealbrandonwilson Yes, I bought it back in 2019.

@jasonleow Oh yes, almost like Jan & Feb were half a year long and the other 10 months were the other half 🙈
