Knee

I have been complaining about a sore knee recently. It has been causing me some grief, and I have found it hard to stake. There is no particular reason why my knee should be sore; it is getting a bit old, like me. My physio suggests that it may be due to me stopping while running and the muscles around my knee needing some strengthening.

Regardless of why my knee is sore, l would like it to improve so l can return to my regular exercise routine. I am somewhat frustrated by the pain and look forward to putting this sore knee behind me.
