There are many benefits of using the local library! For one, it provides access to a wide variety of books, magazines, newspapers, and other materials that might not otherwise be available. Additionally, libraries often offer free programs and events, such as author talks, book clubs, and children’s story times. They can also serve as a community gathering place where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to learn, explore, and connect. And, of course, perhaps the most significant benefit of all is that the library is typically free to use, making it an affordable and accessible resource for everyone.

I recently rediscovered my local library. It’s a welcoming open space with everything I need, including some great working spaces to get out of the home office. I’m wondering why it’s taken me so long to rediscover it.
