We often think we should be faster because we, or others, think we should be further ahead.
Why’s that? Because we don’t want to be here. Here, where it might be uncomfortable, uncertain, maybe even painful.

However, nature is never in a rush.
Trees, flowers, or animals don’t think they should grow faster. They don’t compare themselves. Nature is not in a rush to end winter and begin spring.

Everything unfolds in its natural timing.
There’s trust that there’s a right timing for everything.

Whenever there’s trust, there’s love and care.
When there’s a rush, there’s fear, fear that we’re too slow.
Too slow for what? Life is not a race, even if it can feel like it.

It’s only the mind that judges and compares, that is never satisfied, that always wants to be somewhere else, other than being right here.
When you ask the heart, there’s patience, there’s understanding.

So either we choose love or fear.
Either we choose to listen to our mind or our heart.

What choice do you make today?
