  • I have made some changes to my productivity workflow. I have included Google Keep, which is fast and simple and has become a great tool for me to do daily check-ups. It has replaced my “me board” on Trello, which I used to track daily progress against my monthly goals.

  • I have also cleaned up my Readwise feed. This has helped me to organize my inputs better, which includes email, YouTube videos, etc.

  • Additionally, I have started using Zoho Notebook for my AI-related information, especially on all the prompts.

  • I have removed Fabric from my stack as I don’t think it works well. I believe Raindrop is still a better product for bookmarking.

  • I tried to use Obsidian, but it didn’t work well. I realized that I’m not really a notes person and that I’m more of a visual person.

  • I’m still trying to figure out a better position for Milanote in my productivity workflow.

  • SuperList doesn’t seem to be working for me right now. I originally thought I could use it for both media and product tasks, but I’m going to try again in May.

  • I’m still researching whether Notion will be useful for media in my stack.
