Packed day

Today was another one of those packed back-to-pack days where I don’t get a lot of opportunities to just be with myself and work on a lot of the things I have slotted for this December like revamping some of my personal systems around email decluttering and optimizing my task management system, as well as creating little things to help manage my coaching CRM, but I’m still glad that I still feel good. These little things that I have built for myself, like journaling in Obsidian, meditating in the morning, and having a daily slot for coaching seem to always keep me in check when I veer off the track a little.

I will continue using any spare moments I have to keep reminding myself that I’m doing an incredible job and I have a lot of wins this year to show for it.

I can’t wait to keep showing up for my coaching clients to also make them feel like anything is possible. Onwards!
