Part II of new feature: @ mention someone in the post body

Hey friends! Here's part two of the new feature continued from last week..

🫵 You can now @ mention someone in the body text of a post on both /write or /compose pages, and the user will receive a notification. And yes this was posted from writing on the /compose page.

There’s no autocomplete dropdown menu to show a list of usernames to choose from yet. That’s coming up next.
