Read, tilt and snooze
This month I’ve had a lot of trouble being awake when I’m trying to sleep and falling asleep during the daylight hours. I’m finally wrangling myself into and out of bed at the right time, but my brain is not following my body.
Of course, the main issue is that I’m just not being active enough during the day.
I’m stepping away from my PC more and more, but instead I end up reading a book. And somehow I find myself falling asleep.
What do I do at night when I’m trying to fall asleep? I read. It’s no wonder I’m still having trouble. I may need to pick up my old habit of pacing while reading.
