Shareable snapshot

I stumbled into another interesting design pattern. I call this one the shareable snapshot. This can be its own application like the app I made the other day, My Day in Nine , or it can be a feature added to another app. I just added the feature to the Line A Day app and I’m planning to do the same for the daily writing exercise.

It’s a bit like the screenshot option here on LifeLog, except this opens a modal with options and is meant to be a bit more focused. In fact, I could see this working on LifeLog for creating shareable pull quotes from highlighted text.

The feature creates content for social media, and acts as a tributary linking back to my projects. It’s a virtuous cycle.

I had Claude write an introduction that can be used to plan and vibe-code a similar feature.
