Vibe Coding While Travel
knight • 20 Apr 2025 •
Other than writing daily posts and continuing my daily GPT4o image creation, I try to do some vibe coding during my Japan trip. I used a few tools but prefer Lovable, and here are some ideas that I am trying to create for the UI.
-
Markdown2Site - write markdown content on the left panel and auto-generate the site on the right panel.
-
Json2Directory - generate a directory with a JSON feed
-
AI Url Whisperer - inspect a URL, summarize it, and pivot the ideas with some AI tweaks.
-
Idea Calendar - input a description and generate post ideas for the next 30 days.
I might take one of the ideas and make it an MVP during this month’s product weekend.

@haideralmosawi might be some AI bookmark tools should help ?
I actually didn’t think to look that up. 🤣
I guess “there’s an [AI] app for that” might be true now. I’ll see if there’s an existing solution. Thanks!
Markdown2Site sounds great.
Also, I’m not sure how big of an opportunity this is, but I’d find it extremely useful: Be able to feed a site a bunch of links, to get in return: a title (from the link target page), media type (primarily text or video), and an estimated read time/total watch time of the media the link points to. I tried to get ChatGPT to create this but it required access to the YouTube API (at least that was the excuse for being unable to provide me with video times).
I store LOTS of links in my “second brain”, but I want to be able to gauge what the time commitment is to going through these links. This can turn into a great “read it/view it” later tool, where I can filter by read/watch and different time commitments (“Got only 5 minutes? These are the resources you can check out!”)
