Weekly review

Time for my second weekly review.
AI Assisted Ideation: I’ve been using ChatGPT more to manage my writing. I’ve had it create a list of topics to write about here which gives me a fall back position in case I don’t have a topic at the top of my mind. I print out the week’s worth of topics and set it on my desk. It’s a good resource to have. Even if I end up writing about something else, I’ll usually look at the topic earlier in the day and will spend time thinking about a topic that is generally related to achieving my goals.
Bot Assisted Bite Sized Exercises: I’ve also been using ChatGPT to create longer prompts related to writing fiction. I like how these are turning out, and I’m planning to set up a writing prompt newsletter so I get a prompt each day in my inbox. For the name I’ll probably use a domain I have lying around, Nachofy, since these are meant to be bite-sized writing exercises.
Daily Cooking: The meal plans are still helping me overcome momentum. I find I’m getting better at setting aside my negative thoughts that would otherwise stop me from cooking. I know if I don’t make the meals in a timely manner, the ingredients will spoil.
Sleep Interrupted: My circadian rhythms seem to be vacationing in Australian. I’m awake at night and lose consciousness during the day. I might have a subconscious desire to isolate myself from people.
Weekly Preview: My plans for the coming week are to create some more prompts with ChatGPT and set up the newsletter, sending out the first prompts which I will start completing myself.
