Writing

As you can see, I’m on and off writing. Well, at least when it comes to public writing.

Anyway, I recently checked how many posts I’ve actually got. And it’s quite crazy if you ask me. I try to get all my writings into my blog over at blog.phaidenbauer.com and that already holds more than 450 posts (including all posts from here). And there are still around 400 or so from the old cowriters days that need importing.

So around more than 800 posts in total. “Nothing” compared to Brandon’s or Jason’s streaks, but still a wall of text. Thanks, @jasonleow, for providing a community space. I probably would have completely ditched the habit by now, if there wouldn’t be a bit of engagement.

All the more impressive that you write in a non-native language. So might as well keep writing?

@phaidenbauer Glad you’re still writing and still here! Agree, having a small bit of engagement here (but not too much and too public) feels nice. Feel cosy and friendly.

I got a whole bunch of posts from 2 years on cowriters too! What do you do with them… did you post them somewhere? Sometimes I wish I can pull in some of these old posts into Lifelog somehow… my writings, all in one place

@jasonleow Yes, I’m slowly but surly importing all of them into https://blog.phaidenbauer.com/tag/cowriters/ , but it’s a long task 🙈

@therealbrandonwilson Thanks. Thankfully, I’ve been learning English since kindergarten. I know you’re right, but I’m not promising to showing up daily.

@phaidenbauer Ooh lovely blog. Clean and pleasing to read.

I published mine on a jekyll template and github pages - https://jasonleow.github.io/200wordsaday - but feels like it’s in the attic

@jasonleow Probably because it’s “not easy” reachable? At least, I think having something on a subdomain of a main domain (and links to it) is more present in peoples minds than some GitHub link.

Oh true! I got jasonleow.com, maybe I should redirect a /200wad to this! Thanks for the idea!
