Create 100 pieces of content for Filipinos transitioning into tech
It's part of my purpose to encourage other Filipinos to not be relegated into the typical roles that you see in BPO firms, but rather be active, critically thinking contributors of high performing teams. I've interviewed just under 100 people transitioning into a role like this and there is still much to be improved on: resume writing, non-technical interviews, technical interviews, negotiation, culture fit, and communication would be the main topics I'd be focusing on.

Build a team of 6 Filipino engineers who embrace Silicon Valley building mindset
I believe that it's possible to combine Filipino values with the culture of Silicon Valley. It starts with getting rid of toxic Filipino values like crab mentality and ningas kugon, by showing a larger perspective of the world to other who might not have had the same opportunities as I had. I also want to place everyone that I hire on a full-time basis at a minimum salary of P100,000/net/month ($2K USD) because I strongly believe that a hyper-increase in salary will allow Filipinos to have more purchasing power and more control, optionality, growth, and overall a less worry-free life.
