AI ate our lunch

There’s a trend of declining revenue and traffic with indie hackers projects.
AI is coming for our lunch.
No, it ate our lunch already.
We just don’t know it yet.
With AI answers replacing SEO, and people vibecoding their own apps instead of paying a SaaS subscription, seems like the writing is on the wall. I think there’s zero market now to sell to other indie hackers and makers. They can vibecode their own app that does 80% of what your app does.
For free.
But just because a tool makes everyone a developer doesn’t mean they want to be. Some are too old to learn. Some are too busy running their analog business to fuss around with code. Others can code, but rather use a paid solution than to maintain it.
So maybe the opportunity is to sell to those who are not WILLING to learn vibecoding?
Or a SaaS that’s more complex to vibecode over a weekend, or too much effort to update/maintain over time.
Not necessarily enterprise or B2B, though it’s easy to imagine. I’m thinking analog industries, sweaty startups like cleaning, plumbing, construction.
Any examples??
