Optimize for your desired lifestyle, not desired title, status, revenue, profit, awards, company size, IPO, luxury watches, cars, money.

All businesses are lifestyle businesses.

Because if owning and running a business doesn’t improve your lifestyle, then why do it? If it ends up being the major stressor on you, your health, your sanity, your wife, kids and family, then what’s the point?

So we’re measuring the wrong metrics.

MRR is great, but lifestyle is better.

If you got the lifestyle you desired and dreamed of, everything else is just a minor plot point.
