Amplify Summit Day 2

I just returned home after a long day at the Amplify Summit. My head is still swimming with all the topics and ideas, so I will just do a dump of some salient points from my notes.

• Lovable is a great tool to build websites for beginners. Replit is for more advanced users.
• The framework for building an automated AI system: Purpose, trigger, input, recipe, output, destination.
• Apify is an app store of content scrapers. You can use the connector in Claude to interface.
• Playbooks (recipes/skills) can be used to create an AI-operated team. There are five steps:

1. Decide what to playbook.
2. Decie how playbooks work together.
3. Write your playbooks.
4. Run playbooks.
5. Refine your team.

Think brick by brick and not building your dream scenarios. The next five years are not about the grind. They are about the systems.

Fuzzy targets don't get hit. Get ultra clear on your goal and what you want to accomplish. Develop a plan and work on the biggest constraints/bottlenecks first.
