Another successful meal

I have to say that the Brava smart oven is a game-changer. I had a pound of ground beef to use, so I decided to make a keto cheeseburger casserole skillet. I didn’t need the Brava for the dish, but I wanted to try roasting some broccoli to complement the meal.
The beauty of the Brava is that it eliminates two of the biggest decisions one has to make when cooking: Temperature and time. When I roasted broccoli in my convection oven, I still had to dial in the temperature and time and pay attention to it to ensure I didn’t burn it. With the Brava, I just punch in what I want to cook, tell it how much I’m cooking (filling 1, 2 or 3 zones on the metal pan), and press the button. So far, the recipes have been spot-on. It’s literally Ron Popeil’s dream of “set it and forget it.”
I’ve already noticed that the Brava prevents me from the temptation of eating out or ordering delivery. Maybe the new toy will wear off eventually, but there are so many new recipes to try that it’s going to be a while.
Set and forget sounds attractive to me too (I also don’t enjoy cooking - too much hassle)!
