Biohacking Conference Day 2

Where do I begin with a summary of yesterday's full day of activities?

I'll start with coffee. There is a Danger Coffee bar set up that offers unlimited Danger Coffee (black or blended with butter). The Danger Coffee booth offered a tasting of a ceremonial blend yesterday morning. I tasted it and found it to be absolutely divine, and I purchased a canister on the spot before they ran out of the limited run.

Dr. Mercola provided his usual contrarian advice, which included the revelation that he has not had coffee in fifteen years and he recommended that people stop drinking coffee. You can imagine the boos and jeers that came from the audience. I agree with his sentiment--most people are using caffeine for an artificial pick-me-up due to low energy. I wait until a couple of hours after waking up and limit myself to one cup. I suppose I could go without it, but I truly enjoy it.

We were all looking forward to Joe Dispenza's closing talk, and he did not disappoint. He shared amazing data from brain scans he did during his events. After a mere few days of meditation, people were able to rewire their brains, which led to a major shift in their biology. There were repeated cases of spontaneous healing from diseases that people suffered from for years or decades. Our mindset is crucial to our reality and how we show up in the world.

One of the rules of the biohacking conference is that you should definitely be in the main room when Dave Asprey is on stage. He gives away prizes ranging from $2,000 up to $18,000. This year, the winning badge numbers were pulled based on some random number generator, and every year, there are numbers called where the people are not in the room. In fact, one number was called two different times, and the person was absent both times. In another scenario, one guy won two different prizes because his number was pulled twice. I think that's a flaw in the scheme, as there should be a mechanism in place to cross off a number for someone who has already won.

Yesterday afternoon, I scheduled a session to experience the PureWave biosynchronizer bed. This was an experience unlike anything I've ever had. The resonating vibrations and frequencies throughout my body were amazing. I felt incredibly relaxed, and I just may have to experience it one more time today.

The VIP dinner was amazing as always. I was shocked when I saw Billy Carson and his wife Elizabeth. Just yesterday morning in my newsletter summary for May, I linked to a book by Billy Carson, and that evening, I was sitting next to him at the VIP dinner. I've only recently discovered Billy's content that focuses on ancient history, Atlantis, Egypt, and other esoteric topics. I'm glad I had the opportunity to tell him how much I appreciate his work.

The space cowboy dance party was a blast. Yes, I cobbled together some semblance of a costume (picture will be in Monday's recap).

I got to bed late last night and am feeling a little sluggish this morning. I will be getting some Danger Coffee this morning, and I am looking forward to the final day of activities. At the top of the list is an appointment to experience the Ammortal Chamber.
