Biomed Expo Day 1 Recap

I'm still trying to process the information today, and it was only a half day! First, the scale of this event is nowhere near the scale of Dave Asprey's Biohacking Conference. I like the idea of the more intimate nature where it's easy to approach speakers and ask specific questions. I was a bit disappointed at the turnout for the alternative health panel. There were maybe 40 attendees compared to over 100 for the alien panel. So, let's talk about the panels.

I've been following the alternative health space for quite a while, so there was very little that was new to me. One of the speakers spoke about a lengthy mantra that was given to him by St. Germaine (sp?) that purportedly allows one to manifest 24 strands of DNA (increasing the two we have). Each 12 manifestations raises the frequency of the body, emotions, mental, and spirit to a higher vibratory rate. The mantra references Archangels Uriel, Jophiel, and Zaphkiel. I've never heard of these names before. The rest of the panel covered topics that I have at least some passing familiarity with, including the following: gut microbiome, liver cleanse, general detox, hydrogen water, and stem cells.

The alien panel is where I was exposed to almost entirely new information. I wish I had someone to talk to after the panel to compare notes and process what we heard. The speakers casually dropped statements that any "normal" person would have serious questions about. One guy talked about how the pyramids are not tombs but sources of energy and communication. Another guy mentioned the "ice wall" in Antarctica and has maps for what's on the other side of the wall. Multiple people mentioned origins from other planets or star systems or past lives in Atlantis. One woman proclaims to be able to remotely view other planets and deep into the Earth. One guy is somehow operating multiple "avatars" on different star systems and says we are doing that, too, without being consciously aware of it in this world. There was also talk of becoming truly sovereign by somehow invalidating a contract that we are bound to since birth.

I don't know what to make of any of this stuff. This is definitely going to be a wild ride in the next few days.
