Bionic Gym

You probably won’t be surprised to know I have other streaks going besides my writing streaks on three different sites.

I set a goal to use the Bionic Gym at least three days a week. In case you missed it, you can read all about this device in my newsletter.

I have completed a total of 28 sessions prior to this week. Each session is at least one hour. Sometimes I will go for a full two-hour glucose gobblers session.

My goals are to help reduce my glucose as well as increase the muscles in my legs. I have noticed my upper leg muscles getting bigger and more toned. A side benefit will hopefully be eventual weight loss, though I’m not tracking that specifically right now.

Some people may argue that sitting on the couch shouldn’t count as exercise, but I assure you this device definitely offers a workout. I work up a good sweat when I crank up the power. @keni got the device as well and doesn’t seem to be having the same experience that I’ve had. Hopefully, she finds her groove and starts to experience the benefits.

I didn’t realize that we could use it daily. When I did weight training at the gym, I used to alternate the body part I was working on to let it heal. So I assumed I needed to do something similar. I am starting to use it more frequently now. It takes me time to set up but I am do a lot more voltage and time. I am also seeing some changes. Need to keep up the routine.

I usually have a day in between each session, but sometimes I do back-to-back. I’m glad you are cranking it up.
