Blue screen of death

So I made a blue screen of death site for satire/memes, in under 30min, all plain HTML and CSS -





This of course builds off what’s probably the largest global tech outage in history, due to Crowdstrike and Windows. Every Windows laptop—supermarket checkout screen, display screens in hospitals, airports, banks, everywhere—got the dreaded blue screen of death.

The irony couldn’t be more stark – a cybersecurity patch ended up being the malware.

So while we wait for the world to reboot, might as well enjoy a day off or two, if you’re a Mac or Linux user.
