Body transformation

I have not been very good to my body. For most of my life, I have been overweight or worse.

I was at my heaviest thirteen years ago. I remember because I had just moved into my house and purchased The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. This book marked my initial foray into biohacking. After eating what I wanted, whenever I wanted, and having zero physical activity, I ballooned to 290 lbs (131.5 kg). I wrote some of my body measurements in the margin of the book. My belly circumference was 52.5 in (133 cm) and my waist was 40-42 in (101 - 106 cm). Unfortunately, I have the body type that stores extra fat in the gut, where the dangerous visceral fat appears.

I’m about to embark on a major body transformation. I’ve been tracking my weight, which is down to 205 lbs (93 kg) by the way. But that’s only one number. I’m going to schedule my DEXA scan soon to get a more holistic picture of my body composition. I’m expecting to see an increase in bone density after my work at the OsteoStrong clinic. I also bought an electronic body tape measure to establish my current measurements. I still have a belly, now a circumference of 42 in (106.7 cm), and my waist is 36 in (91.4 cm).

My goal is to reach a weight range of 175-180 lbs (79 - 81.6 kg), and increase my lean muscle mass. I have a secret weapon on order to help.
