Burnout red flags

Anytime I feel a combination of these are red flags that a burnout is approaching:
- No mood to work. At all.
- No motivation to work on project
- Spending breaks mindlessly scrolling media
- Constantly tired
- Sleeping enough but still need more sleep
- Carb cravings
- Hangry pangs
- ‘Big feelings’
- Unexplained lows
- Feeling constantly behind
- Thirsty
- Feeling tired when I wake
- Can’t wake, snoozing a lot
- Needing more than 1 nap
- Brain fog
- Can’t make good decisions
- Can’t make any decision
- Weird aches and pains
This is a good checklist to revisit from time to time.
I can already check off some. Feeling it!
