Sometimes the isolation is necessary.
Sometimes the purging is necessary.
Sometimes the breakdown is necessary.

Because that’s where the breakthrough comes in.
Because that’s where the new life comes in.
Because that’s where the new friends come in.

You’re being cleared out, for a new delight.
If your cup is full, you can’t fill it with something new.
A vacuum pulls in what you need.

Yeah, it sucks now.
Try to savour it anyhow.

And you’ll think back at these times, like it’s the good old days.

Savour it.
For it will pass.
