Couldn't stop walking

The weather last night was incredible and my body was craving movement. I ended up walking for 1hr and 40mins and managed to walk 6,300 steps! It’s now 5:10PM as I write this and I’m at 9,688 steps! I’d love to be able to keep up walking daily when I get back to Kuwait. It seems easy right now, but maybe my commitments and routines will get in the way. I need to protect walking time to make sure I remain committed to being active.
I think I’m eating at a deficit and I’m being active. I still need to make improvements to my sleep, but I hope I get to see results in my weight going down. It’s been quite stubborn and doesn’t want to budge. 🥲
“My body was craving movement.” That is a rare feeling for me.
