Counting wins

It’s easy to forget the wins we have every day. Not everything needs to be a big bang to count as a win. Because if some of these wins didn’t happen, it will be a huge disaster. Like:
You woke up. If you didn’t, you dead. That’s bad. So waking up is already a huge win.
So let’s count our daily wins:
You woke up.
You’re breathing.
You could see, hear, faculties intact.
You’re in a house, shelter over your head.
You got out from bed, stood on your own two legs.
You could wash up yourself.
You had food to eat for breakfast.
You could feed yourself on your own.
You got dressed in warm clothes.
You had the time to go for a run.
You come back, clean water for shower.
You drive out for work. You got a car!
You start work. It pays.
You come home to a family.
You get served a warm dinner.
You spend time with wife and kids.
You have a bed to sleep.
Any time you woke up and anything on that list is missing, it’s likely gonna be a bad day.
Just think of how many wins you had stacked up to get this far.
