In the past, I would skip my mobility warm-ups before lifting… Which lead to many injuries (hips and back) but yet I still don’t do it…

With this GMB Fitness Mobility program, they have 42 sessions all planned for you. Plus, notifications and reminders.

This is an interesting program, I felt like I’m six again in gym class performing animal movements like frog hops. And I’m surprised at how I feel afterwards. I feel less tight in my hips and upper back.

Stay tuned as I update you on my daily progress and my road to monkey mobility!

Fascinating! I like reading about health goals here - always inspiring, always a good reminder for self.

Looking forward to hearing more about the GMB program. I was talking to a client of mine the other day who focuses on mobility for office workers and it’s surprised me that so many people suffer from mobility issues and think it’s totally normal.

Is it purely mobility or also some stretching? I have found stretching to be an absolute must to counteract sitting at the computer all day.

@evielync Appreciate your support! Haha that was me when I was powerlifting… I woke up and went to bed with back pain. Thought of it as a badge of honour… At the time, I was a sponsored athlete for a clinic and got free chiropractor treatment. Was nice but I relied on them too much to fix me haha.

@therealbrandonwilson It’s a mix of both. But I’d say it’s more dynamic than what I’m use to. Reminds me of animal flow + yoga but at a faster pace.
