DAY 2 of GMB Mobility Program: Spine

Today’s mobility program focused on 30 minutes of the spine.
Same warm-up as yesterday but I’m already feeling less tight!
This routine was a lot more intense than I expected. I was breaking a sweat. These mobility exercises require you to move quite a bit. A lot more than previous yoga and stretching sessions I’ve done in the past. This spine routine reminds me of animal flow with some yoga movements at a faster pace.
The biggest struggle today was the cobra movement. The movement was 4 minutes and I couldn’t last after the 1-minute mark. I think this might be due to going too fast and not holding the movement.
Overall, I’m feeling great and energized after the session.

@jasonleow Yea, wasn’t what I was expecting either! Then again I use to be a powerlifter who didn’t have the best cardio fitness haha.
Oh I see. I kept imagining it was like stretching or yoga when you mentioned mobility, but it sounds like it’s more active movement and exercises.
