For the past 3 years, I’ve been dealing with nagging shoulders.

Doesn’t help that I sit for most of my job and hunched over my computer with horrible posture.

No matter how many massage therapists, chiropractors or physiotherapists, I see… The pain always comes back.

But I’m also really bad at being consistent with my mobility routine… So it’s not them, it’s me who’s the problem haha.

So today’s session intrigued me as the entire focus was on the shoulders. I was impressed to see new mobility exercises I’ve never tried before.

Having strength trained for over 10 years and interned under several rehab professionals, I thought I had a good grasp on many mobility exercises.

But nope, GMB Mobility’s Program showed me new mobility exercises I’ve never tried. After the session, I noticed reduced neck and upper back tightness.

I’m curious where I’ll be at Day 42 if I’m already seeing results on Day 6!

Shoulders are not something to mess with. Several years ago I was traveling to a client and working on a laptop in a conference room. I had terrible posture and eventually had frozen shoulder because of it. The PT for that was brutal, but happy to say I’m pretty much back to normal. I have been going to weekly assisted-stretch sessions for over two years, and it’s really helped me.
