Every day is Black Friday

You know how there’s a meme on Jan 1st every year that, if you’re truly serious about your goal, every day should be Jan 1st. You shouldn’t need some arbitrary date on the calendar to feel motivated to chase your dreams.

Similarly, every day should be Black Friday.

That’s the mindset I should have.

Marketing is every day.
Distribution is everything.
Selling is for every entrepreneur.

As entrepreneurs, our lives depend on it.

I shouldn’t need permission to sell and promote from some arbitrary marketing campaign on a random date.

The fact that even till now I feel more ‘free’ to self promote and sell during Black Friday season shows just how much more I have to go to get comfortable with marketing.

Every day is Black Friday.

Many companies would agree. I was browsing some Black Friday sales yesterday and it took a minute for me to realize it was still a week away. 😅

Well, Black Friday is synonymous with deals, so does that mean continuous discounts? Some companies have fallen into that trap, and I’ve been conditioned to never pay full price for their products.

@therealbrandonwilson Oh I meant more like, continuous marketing.
