Goal achieved ✅

I still adhere to this site's simple premise of "write toward my goals." In fact, it's nice to have a daily reminder (yes, for those of us on #Teamstreak, it is every single day) for the goals I have set for myself. Some goals are ongoing, and others have a clear milestone achievement.
Goal: Reach goal weight of 195 lbs.
Done! In fact, I blew through that target and am probably closer to 193 lbs at the moment. For the longest time, this goal felt so far away. I was stuck within a weight range without any hope of dipping below 200 lbs, regardless of what I did. Now, without much effort except for a shot in the stomach once a week, I have reached it painlessly and with very little struggle.
This is not my final weight goal; this was a stair-step goal on the path to the final number. With that in mind, I am revising the goal to 185 lbs. Why this number? Because that is lowest weight I can remember being as an adult. Anything below this number is uncharted territory as an adult.
What's the final goal? Depending on how much muscle I put on, I would say I'd be happy to safely land between 170 and 175 lbs.
