How to create a directory

Whenever my friend Steve and I are together, our creative juices flow. We bounce ideas off each other and seem to help each other take action. One of the items on my list this week is finally creating the biohacking conference directory, which I feel is sorely needed.
We need an aggregator that brings together all the various biohacking conferences. I've searched the web and asked many people, and as far as I can tell, there is no one-stop shop. I'm willing to do the legwork to find the initial listings, but the big obstacle for me is the technical challenge of creating the webpage format with hosting.
I think @jasonleow has one solution with his Lists Kit, but I don't know how approachable that is for someone of my skill level. I want a complete no-code solution that is easy to maintain. Oh, and my self-imposed deadline for getting it up and running by the time Steve leaves, which is Sunday.
Two candidates I'm exploring are the Unicorn platform and Directify. Both of these appear to be tools designed specifically for creating directories. I like that I can play with them for free before committing to a paid option that suits my needs.
If you have suggestions for a no-code solution, I'm all ears.

Yeah i think Lists Kit is for someone already familiar with HTML, CSS and JS. Directify is great choice!

Airtable might be a good option, but I’m not familiar with Unicorn or Directify to offer a comparison.
Good luck!
