But here’s the thing: Yeah the shift just needs one day. But the work leading up to the shift takes much much longer.
Much, much longer.
Decades long.
Lifetimes long.
When you’ve done the self work, it all comes down to one day for that switch to flip. It will feel equally magical nonetheless. It will feel like it all but took one day.
But your soul conscience knows better.
